Italian hit producer Gabry Ponte (Eiffel 65) takes us straight to the club as he delivers a vigorous remix of Tungevaag’s highly popular recent single ‘Ride With Me’ (feat. Kid Ink). Already a powerful tune in its original form, where European rave and US trap vibes perfectly intertwined, the record is now clearly moving into house music heaven, featuring vintage piano chords, upwinding four-to-the-floor beats, and of course Kid Ink’s infectious raps. It’s been quite the ride so far for Gabry Ponte. Producing an international hit single by the end of the 90’s with his band Eiffel 65, the song ‘Blue (Da Ba Dee)’ turned into a dance classic that’s still played to this day. In the meantime, the Italian DJ/producer kept releasing solo material, always in rhythm with the newest sounds in electronic music.

Maintaining the momentum, Gabry Ponte now continues to impress his audience as he takes on Tungevaag’s recent summer hit ‘Ride With Me’. Released earlier this year, the original record brought together Tungevaag’s trademark synth chords, pitched vocals and a classic rave melody, nicely countered by fresh trap beats and Kid Ink’s sultry raps. The blend of US and European vibes was a direct hit for the international dance audience; the record currently counts over 11 million Spotify streams, and is now taken to new heights by the Italian maestro, Gabry Ponte.

Gabry Ponte’s remix builds on the original’s mesmerizing synth melody,  reminiscing that good old, late 90’s Alice Deejay sound but continuing to drop a tasty 2021 house beat under Kid Ink’s leading vocals. Cool bass chords keep things flowing as the beat is clearly transformed into a warm house tune, enhanced by sweet backing vocals, vintage piano chords and punchy drops.
